The overall objective is to determine the attitudes towards inclusive education of people with disabilities exhibited by teachers of public schools in the Republic of Poland and South Africa. The aim of theoretical work is therefore to determine the attitudes of teachers as those responsible for the process of shaping of attitudes of the younger generation – a generation of change – towards people who are marginalized or socially excluded, including the disabled. Research in both countries has already been carried out on “The Scale for Measuring Attitudes towards Inclusive Education”. The tool was developed taking into account international definitions and components of inclusive education. It has been analyzed in terms of internal consistency and reliability.
